• We do our best to package and ship orders as soon as possible! Most orders process and ship within 48 business hours of the order being placed. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times
• We will not charge shipping charges in India if the customer shops products costing more than ₹799/-.
• Shipping of the product shall be done through our courier partner Blue Dart, UPS or any other courier service provider.
• We use only reputed couriers. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Most tracking updates within 48 business hours from the time you receive your shipping confirmation .
• We ship to most of the pincodes in India however Cash on Delivery option might not be available for all pincodes.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. most of the items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few items which may be delivered in 7-10 days. 
• Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.
• Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier.
• We deliver to most states and cities in India. Since courier companies do not deliver to P. O. Box address, it is necessary when buying through the site to enter your full street address along with pin/zip code.
• We provide durable and exclusive tamper-proof packing and deliver it in an exclusive company labelled box. Delivery dates may differ for different products. At the time of placing the order & checkout, the delivery timeline would be clearly mentioned.
• No, as of now we are not delivering products internationally. This facility will be available soon.
• Cancellation of ordered products will be accepted only within 24 hours or before initiating the dispatch, whichever earlier, after that, the order cannot be cancelled.
