Return/Refund Policy
Customers who wish to return a product please email us the order number with product codes to care@kalturepride.com within 24hrs of receiving the product and we will help you with the process. You can call us on +91 8887613550 on Monday to Saturday between 12pm -7pm.
- In the unlikely event that any jewellery you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, please inform us within 3 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
- Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us, you are required to send us a Video of unpacking package.
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the time of receipt of goods at customer’s end, only if goods are found in damaged or defective condition.
- The packaging should have the original invoice, packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the product meets the criteria, we will process the return and notify the customer.
- Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the return is approved.
- Actual shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount for items with FREE SHIPPING.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
